Congratulations you have probably found the least fun page of the Simply Whisky website, but our lawyer reckons we should have terms, policies, notices and conditions and he loves this page. So here they are:

Our lips are sealed because we take data security and your privacy very seriously (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and promise not to share your details with anybody else. We will only use your contact details to contact you about our Simply Whisky services, news, offers and events. We won’t clutter up your mailbox with senseless emails; we will only contact you when you have something important to tell you.
