Whisky Cocktails and Dram Good Bartenders

So you are willing to try something new. Good! We’ve visited our friends in the best bars in the UK and as leading mixologists they create a swally (taste!) with a difference. We believe our featured whisky cocktails are a pure dillion!

Whisky cocktails are a new taste sensation, presenting exciting opportunities for bartenders to re-invent the taste of whisky thus broadening its appeal. Whisky cocktails are all about the flavour profile and so there are no rules about which whiskies should be used, or which whiskies are best (though you might like to think twice about mixing a whisky as delectable as the Bunnahabhain 1979). The options are only limited by the bartenders’ imagination and skill in concocting new creations.

Do try this at home. The freshness of the isle of Islay wind with the warmth of the Caribbean , this month’s Islay Punch is going to go down very smoothly. Pop in to Lab in Soho, London and tell Stuart that Simon and Franchi sent you.
