Simon and Franchi are passionate Scotsmen and whisky connoisseurs who have spent the last 20 years researching thousands of whiskies to be able to bring you a wealth of knowledge and information.

Our event needed an added extra element so we hired Simply Whisky and I’m glad we did! After a long day of presentations, Simply Whisky was just what our delegates needed to unwind and socialise with one another. The guys both informed and entertained the delegates, who stayed longer than they intended just to ensure they didn’t miss out on tasting the exceptional whisky that was available! Simon and Franchi really made our client evening a huge success. Their knowledge is exceptional, and their enthusiasm infectious. Our guests warmed to them immediately and thoroughly enjoyed themselves as a result – even the ones who professed to be non-whisky drinkers! A great blend of education and entertainment. I would recommend them to anyone.
Simon and Franchi were fantastic, filling the room with all the drums and drama you could want from a tour through the world of whisky. They easily dispelled the notion of whisky as an old man’s drink with a rock ‘n roll sensibility that bordered on punk at times, and incited a religious fervour in the room with their enthusiasm and knowledge. These boys are dangerous (in a good way).
