Eden Hall (Pre-Dinner Cocktail)

Ingredients

  • 25ml Simply Whisky
  • 25ml Fever-Tree Dry Ginger Ale
  • 1 chunk of pineapple
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • 2 small calamansi limes cut in half

Method

Add 2 to 3 cubes of fresh ice into a rocks glass. Pour whisky and ginger ale over the ice using a 1 : 1 ratio between the whisky and the ginger ale. Add the pineapple chunk, ginger slices and calamansi limes, and stir.
