Eden Hall (Welcome Cocktail)

Ingredients

  • 50ml Simply Whisky
  • 150ml Fever-Tree Dry Ginger Ale
  • 1 chunk of pineapple diced into 4
  • 2 slices of ginger
  • 2 small calamansi limes cut into quarters

Method

Pour whisky and ginger ale into a punch bowl using a 1 : 3 ratio between the whisky and the ginger ale. Dice the pineapple, slice the ginger and cut the calamansi limes and place in the punch bowl. Ladle the cocktail into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a slice of ginger, and two quarters of calamansi lime.

Light and refreshing welcome whisky cocktail using British whisky and fruits enjoyed in Singapore. Quick and easy to prepare in a punch bowl using a 1 : 3 ratio between the whisky and the ginger ale providing flexibility over the volume and alcohol strength.
