Ingredients

  • Chunk of pineapple
  • 2 spoon's Orgeat
  • 15ml Domaine De Canton
  • 35ml Talisker 10 Year Old
  • 25ml Lemon juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Method

Muddle the pineapple and combine the other
ingredients to a shaker. Shake and double strain
into a rocks glass.
