Ingredients

  • 30mls Ardbeg 10 Year Old
  • 20ml Domaine De Canton
  • 20ml Lemon juice
  • 1 Egg white
  • 15ml Honey and water (mixture of honey:water 2:1)

Method

Shake hard and double strain (with a tea strainer) into a Chilled Coupe.
