On this page you will find everything you need to know about delivery of our products, our returns policy and whether refunds are possible.

Delivery countries

We currently ship to the countries listed below (and hope to add others soon):

  • UK
  • Republic of Ireland

If you are outside the UK or the Republic of Ireland and wish to place an order please contact us directly so we can discuss the options with you.

Note: Any orders placed outside of the UK will likely be subject to local taxes and duties levied once the package arrives in your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and frequently change. Please contact your local customs office if you require further information or advice.

Delivery Options and Prices

Summary

2nd Class Delivery. £6.95 (£5.79 ex VAT). 2 – 4 working days. Delivery to UK mainland addresses Monday to Saturday only.

Standard Delivery. From £8.50 (£7.08 ex VAT). 1 – 2 working days. Delivery Monday to Friday only.

Next Working Day. From £9.00 (£7.50 ex VAT). Order by 1:30pm. Delivery Monday to Friday only.

NB. 2nd Class is not tracked, and only available for UK mainland addresses. Both Standard and Next Business Day are tracked services and require a signature upon delivery.  If you are not going to be at home we can deliver to your work address, but somebody must receive and sign for the delivery on your behalf.  Alternatively we can request (although not guarantee) the delivery driver leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour. You can specify this in your delivery instructions when you place your order.

Delivery restrictions and surcharges

Delivery to the Channel Islands, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly are only available on a Standard Delivery 3 business day service, and will incur an additional surcharge as outlined in the pricing tables above.

Speed of service

Please be aware we cannot guarantee the speed of service provided by our delivery agents, particularly during spells of difficult weather conditions.  Refer to your tracking number to see where your package is during transit.

Returns and Refund Policy

If you want to return an order to us, please contact us directly so that we can assist you.  Please get in touch within 15 days of your purchase.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused / undamaged / unopened with tampers and seals intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  You will require an email receipt as proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are outside the UK please note we will NOT refund any orders returned to us due to unpaid local taxes and duties.

We cannot be held liable for packages delivered to the wrong address if you have provided incorrect information when ordering.

Damaged or faulty goods, or wrong item dispatched

If goods are damaged or faulty on arrival, or the wrong item was dispatched, please let us know as soon as possible and within 15 of your purchase.

Please take photographs. We will issue you with instructions on how to return the goods. If you need to return goods that are damaged or faulty, or the wrong item was dispatched, we will refund you the cost of return. We recommend that you insure the return shipment and retain a proof of postage, as it is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the goods and you will be liable for any damage sustained to them until we receive them back.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  This may take a few days depending on your method of payment.

Unfortunately sale items, or purchases made through third-party sellers, cannot be refunded.
