We release our whiskies in pairs. Dream Big is the second ‘Simon one’. When we selected the cask we were thinking of existing whisk(e)y drinkers looking to further their passion. It’s name was inspired by the huge flavours you find as you explore the world of whisky, whilst reminding you to pursue your wildest dreams, especially your biggest ones! Coming all the way from Texas in the USA, Dream Big is bottled at full strength.

Whisky tasting notes

Promises on the nose

Barbequed oak, spice, caramel and milk chocolate. Dry smoke in warm evening air. Peppermint, mangos, butterscotch and green herbs.

Delivers on the palate

Fruity juiciness, orange marmalade, brown sugar in dark coffee. Hot spicy jalapeños, sweet dark cherries and jamón serrano.

Delights on the finish

Long and oaky with tobacco, dark chocolate, spice and dry sweet espresso.
