We release our whiskies in pairs. Save The World is the fifth ‘Simon one’. Its name was inspired by the oft spoken notion of ‘Saving The World’. Maybe whilst relaxing with a whisky we can ponder the small steps we can take today leading to the bigger steps we can take tomorrow.

Whisky tasting notes
Promises on the nose
Peat soaked caramel chocolates. Lobster pots and salty rope in fresh damp sea air. Medicinal. Raw smoked lardoons, gooseberries, burnt log embers and seashells.
Delivers on the palate
Soft and juicy with lip tingling Islay smoke. Dark chocolate and old leather bound books. Rich dark coffee and walnuts.
Delights on the finish
Long and multilayered with coffee, leather, smoked salt and oak.
